By purchasing, you are enrolling in a 4-month In Person Sales Mentoring Program to begin January 18, 2021 and end May 17, 2021

My services/products/programs are NOT for available for purchase to anyone living or working within an 80 mile radius of Glendora, California 91741. There are no exceptions.

Any document provided or content taught at any point is my opinion only and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney in your jurisdiction.

Payment Policy

You are responsible for paying for the IPS Program in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you select the payment plan, your card will be charged the first payment of $799 USD when you register and subsequent payments of $799 will be charged on the same day of the month for 3 months, totaling $2397 USD. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to future Modules and Bonuses and your access to the Site and all Content will be revoked immediately after your payment declines. You will also not receive access to future versions of the Program as it’s released until all payments are made in full.

If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

To be clear, The IPS Program is not a subscription payment model that can be cancelled or a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.

Use of Materials

You are allowed to use any materials I provide you (IPS guides, videos, templates, scripts, etc.) for your own business use only. For example, you may print my templates and my wording exactly as I've provided, and provide it to your clients just as I do. You are also allowed to privately send materials to clients through email, dropbox, or client management systems, so long as the file is a flattened, non-editable file with no layers.

You may NOT, however, use any of my exact wording anywhere on your website or on any published materials online (for example, on an online magazine site like ISSUU). You may model your verbiage after mine, but please be cautious with plagiarizing.

Any documents/materials/examples provided are not meant to be legal advice. Please ensure that your local attorney reviews any content you adopt from my materials.

Sharing of Content Outside of Your Business

You may NOT share, loan, copy, redistribute, or sell ANY content I provide you with, including any portion of my IPS guide, templates, scripts, etc., in any way, other than what is listed above (sharing with clients). You may NOT use the material I provide you with or any derivative of my program to teach your own program or teach the techniques to others.

Please know that any copyright violations or unauthorized sharing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, you will forego any remaining mentor sessions without a refund. You will also be removed and banned from the facebook group and permanently removed as a student. All access to materials will be revoked without refund.

There will be no leniency. Please, just don't do it!

Your Time With Me

The time I have dedicated to you are the included hours of group mentor sessions over the course of your program (Six 90-minute group mentor sessions). This is your time to ask any questions you have about anything at all – IPS, sales, business, marketing, etc. Any questions about the topics taught within the program are on the table. We will not, however, be discussing off-topic content like art, photography, shooting, editing, painting, etc.

I ask that you keep any private messages or emails to a minimum and please utilize the private peer support group when you have questions. You will receive responses from your peers, group leaders (M-F), and myself (I check in twice per week). Questions that require more detailed explanations/discussions will be held until the following group mentor meeting.

Final Thoughts

You will be provided with my entire process and will be taught in multiple ways that have been proven successful for many other photographers (for details please review the program’s information page).

Please give yourself time to really learn and absorb the material. Then to implement, practice, and refine your system. And finally, to analyze it and identify what works well and what doesn't work for you. Over time, you can modify the system to suit your business goals. Even after the program is over, you'll continue to grow your knowledge and refine your technique further.

This is not something that's going to work without a great deal of dedication and hard work on your end. I cannot make you succeed. I can only provide you with the tools you need to accomplish your goals for yourself. You are the only person responsible your success.
